A single-origin creamy-bodied, medium acidity, medium-roast Mexico coffee with flavor notes of rich chocolate, dark cherry, and orange with a sweet clean finish.
- Altitude: 1,400M - 1,900M exhibits complex, floral, fruity, and acidic flavors. These high-altitude coffees are known for their vibrant acidity and nuanced flavor profiles, often including notes of berry and tropical fruit.
- Soil: Volcanic loam which is rich in nutrients and ideal for coffee cultivation. This type of soil helps produce high-quality coffee due to its ability to retain moisture and provide essential nutrients to the coffee plants.
- Process: Washed processing results in clean and bright flavors that highlight the bean's intrinsic qualities. Common tasting notes include citrus, stone fruits, and floral aromas, with a lighter body and crisp finish.

Alma de Chiapas is an incubator to strengthen these groups in business, finance and quality management and graduate them to and become a direct, independent member of Impacto Transformador. Alma de Chiapas is made up of 599 farmers - 490 men and 109 women- and cultivates 1654 hectares of land.
