A rounded-body, medium acidity, medium-roast single-origin Fairtrade® Certified Colombian coffee with flavor notes of dark chocolate, mango, and peach.
- Altitude: 1,500m - 2,100M which yields bright, fruity, floral, and complex flavors with a higher acidity. These coffees often have dynamic taste profiles, making them distinct and flavorful.
- Soil: Volcanic loam which is rich in nutrients and ideal for coffee cultivation. This type of soil helps produce high-quality coffee due to its ability to retain moisture and provide essential nutrients to the coffee plants.

Process: Fully washed processing results in clean and bright flavors that highlight the bean's intrinsic qualities. Common tasting notes include citrus, stone fruits, and floral aromas, with a lighter body and crisp finish.
Farm Notes:
A small group of farmers formed Cafe del Macizo in 2003 in the countryside municipality of Planadas, in the state of Tolima. With 59 lifetime growers, the group shares decades of knowledge and resources with each other to product high quality coffee. Located in the foothills of Cordillera Central, the beautiful mountains shape the lush landscape.
