Refund policy
If we make an error - something like wrong grind or wrong product - we will correct your order at no cost to you. We will also expedite the new order to get it shipped fast.
If the carrier causes an issue - package theft, damaged in shipping or item tracks delivered and customer claims not received - we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
For order claims, please email orders@hardhatcoffeeco.com with your order number in the subject line, and include a description of the issue in the body along with any supporting photos of the claim you may have.
Hardhat Coffee Co. works to resolve claims within 48-hours and get you back to enjoying your favorite coffee as soon as possible.
