Cancellation policy

Due to the nature of our small-batch-roasted production, it is likely your coffee will roast the next business day.  If you made an error in your coffee selection please reply to your order confirmation e-mail by 5:00pm PST on the day of your order to modify or cancel your order.

Hardhat Coffee Co. cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations made after 5:00pm PST as our batching has already begun for the following day.

For non-coffee orders, please reply to your order confirmation e-mail by 12:00pm PST the following business day for modification or cancellation requests - we aim to ship all orders by close-of-business the following day.
