Shipping policy

Each coffee order is a 100% custom product.  Hardhat Coffee Co. batches, roasts, bags, and ships to order Monday through Friday.

If you need to modify your order for any reason, be sure to immediately contact us at orders@hardhatcoffeeco.com with your order number in the subject line and the requested modification in the body of the email.  The cutoff time for modifications is 5:00pm PST.  Orders that have been fulfilled cannot be modified. 

Current carrier is USPS: The order to ship time is generally 2-5 business days.  The ship to delivery time is generally 1-5 business days.  The result is coffee arriving to your door right at the peak of flavor.

Coffee orders ship free, and coffee ships separate from apparel/accessories.

Apparel/Accessories ship separate from coffee, and shipping rates do apply.

Expedited shipping is not available.

International shipping is not available.
