The team at Hardhat Coffee Co. has been immersed in the Southern California commercial construction industry for more than 23 years. One thing has been increasingly apparent across every market, region, discipline, and specialty: we are experiencing a workforce shortage caused by many factors.
We solve two of those through small-batch, specialty-grade coffee.

Education that leads to real careers
A four-year degree isn't the only way into the industry, and rising tuition puts it out of reach for many. We fund scholarships for two-year degrees, certificate programs, and trade tech to build future superintendents and tradespeople.
Women in the trades
Every Hers (white) bag goes exclusively to the Female Workforce Development Scholarship Fund, supporting women pursuing careers in construction and related trades.
