Hardhat Coffee Co. was born in the trades, developed through education, and seasoned in leadership. We've seen a lot. We have solutions.

The team at Hardhat Coffee Co. have been immersed in the Southern California commercial construction industry for over 20-years, and one thing has been increasingly apparent throughout all markets, regions, disciplines, and specialties - we are experiencing a workforce shortage caused by many factors. We solve two of those through specialty-grade coffee.

1. Education

A four-year degree is not the only way to enter the industry and is out-of-reach to a large demographic due to the rising cost a university education.

Hardhat Coffee Co. funds grants for two-year degrees, certificate programs, or Trade Tech to build future Superintendents and Tradespeople.

2. Affording the Fundamentals

Good equipment is not cheap, but it lasts. We've learned that Thorogood Boots and Occidental Leather are the best, and our workforce deserves nothing less.

Hardhat Coffee Co. funds Boot & Belts Grants to equip future Tradespeople with the highest quality footwear and tool belts available.

Grants are funded through a commitment of $1 per 12oz. bag, $2 per 2lb bag, & $5 per 5lb bag.
