Our Cold Brew is offered in whole bean and coarse ground only. Coarse ground is ideal for cold brew as it prevents over-extraction which leads to bitterness, and sediment which can be found when cold brewing with medium-ground or fine-ground coffees.
Pro Tip: any medium roast coarse ground coffee makes great cold brew coffee. Explore our single origin coffees for your favorite flavor profile, and make your own signature cold brew.
Our ideal brew method: 15g (or ~2 TBSP) for every 8oz. of water. Brew for 12hrs. Enjoy.
